A 6 month secondment opportunity exists at Challenger TAFE for the following position within Challenger TAFE :
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - Level 5
Salary $ 48272.00 - $ 53350.00
During this secondment opportunity the successful applicant will be responsible for researching, developing, coordinating, assessing and recording of training experiences for College staff.
Knowledge of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) is considered a pre- requisite and the holding of Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training, or equivalent is highly desirable, as one of the areas you will be working in is the provision of training to enable staff and the organisation to meet the standards of the AQTF.
The successful applicant will also be able to demonstrate the following criteria -:
Essential
· Well developed oral and written communication skills including report writing and the ability to make verbal presentation.
· Good interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with officers at all levels.
· Effective organisational skills relating to the co-ordination of activities.
· Knowledge of current vocational education and training issues.(eg AQTF)
· Knowledge and understanding of Equal Opportunity principles and practices, procedure.
· Ability to assess training needs and develop and implement training programs
