I received reponses on my questions and many "out of office replies"
Information recieved included one person who had their salary reduced under public sector managment regulations on re-deployment. No information on Federal Court applications on this were received. The case where the justice makes oblique comments about the legal ramifications of the use of the regulations is the Martime Union and Geraldton Port Authority.
The replies on the correct pay for a Public Servant on a Workplace Agreement for 40 hours per week say that becasue the Public Service Award has no overtime for the first 30 minutes per day then no additional payment is made as compares to the 37.5 hour per week worker. No comments were received on the Minimum Conditiosn of Employment question that a worker is to be apid for every hour worked.
Have a happy day
Enid
