[HRshare] Premier's Circular 2007/08 "Equity and Diversity Plan 2006-2009" and Updates

Premier's Circular 2007/08 "Equity and Diversity Plan 2006-2009" is now available at http://www.dpc.wa.gov.au/psmd/pubs/legis/premierscirc.html

This Circular replaces 2005/04 "Equity and Diversity Plan 2001-2005".

The new Circular refers to the new Equity and Diversity Plan 2006-2009 for the Public Sector Workforce 2006-2009, issued in 2006.

Agencies are encouraged to place information regarding Premier's Circulars on the agency intranet and to establish internal mechanisms to ensure centralised management and distribution of Premier's Circulars.

Update on reviewed Circulars

2003/04 Government Intellectual Property policy - New Review Date and new contact officer
2003/05 Policy framework and standards for information sharing between government agencies -
Two additional points under "Policy" on page 2 and a new review date
2003/09 Guidelines for dealing with Cabinet documents under the FOI Act 1992 - New Review Date
2004/14 Sustainability code of practice for government agencies - New Review Date
2005/02 Corruption prevention - New Review Date
2007/01 Guidelines for Official Air Travel by Government officers Minor amendment to section 1.6 of the Guidelines attached to the Circular. The section previously referred to Section 10 for further information however this was intended to refer to section 9.
