I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has a
policy/procedure/practice in place whereby employees who carry out duties
above and beyond their 'normal' duties are 'recognised' in some way. THese
duties include roles like Social Club Committee members, Union Delegates
Committee members, OSH Committee members, Floor Wardens,etc.
