The Department of the Premier and Cabinet is currently coordinating the development of a whole of government complaints management strategy.
A consultation document has been prepared which outlines the objectives of the strategy and a number of proposals aimed at achieving those objectives. Comments are being sought, either on the specific questions posed in the consultation document or on the strategy as a whole.
