Products Commission is currently in the process of reviewing its compliance
framework. If anyone has any information they are
able to share (including copies of compliance frameworks), I would be very
grateful. I am
particularly interested in the following:
any
mechanisms that are used to provide assurance to Corporate Executive
and/or Board that the agency is fulfilling/meeting its compliance
obligations.
If managers are required to acknowledge and provide advice on a annual
basis that they have met their compliance
obligations.
how staff are informed/trained regarding their compliance
responsibilities.
