Are you a manager in the public sector and had an experience with maternity leave?

Would you like to contribute to research interested in understanding the factors affecting women’s representation in management within the public sector following maternity leave?

This study is looking for interest people who may be:

a) women who are in a level 7 or above (or equivalent) position and have returned to work in the last five years following a maternity transition that may be interested in participating from an individual/personal perspective? and/or

b) human resources managers and/or line managers who have been involved with women’s maternity transitions and would like to participate from an organisational perspective?

If you, or someone you know, is interested in contributing to this worthwhile study, please review the attached contact Cherie Wabeke via email cherie.wabeke_at_postgrad.curtin.edu.au<mailto:cherie.wabeke_at_postgrad.curtin.edu.au> or phone 0408250300.
