So you know how to use Microsoft WORD, but is it working for you or are you working for it??!!
This one-day course will run on 9th December 2002, and will teach you how to customise and modify MS WORD so as to automate your work and save you heaps of time every time you use it!
Topics covered include:
Customise the Word environment - ie set default file locations and default measurement systems
Change and customise your document formatting options and settings.
Create and edit toolbar buttons.
Use Word's special fields to automatically insert document information such as filename, path and create, print or save dates.
Record and playback simple macro procedures.
Create and use simple templates which include existing text and graphics.
Create and use AutoText entries and formatting styles.
Copy and move formatting styles between templates.
The course runs from 9am - 4pm and the cost is $220.00 per person (GST-free) and includes: Learning materials, morning and afternoon teas and lunch. All-day parking is available on site for $7.00, and the CAT bus stops outside our front entrance.
