Reinventing Strategic Planning Workshop

Simply, there should be only one goal in strategic planning; to
successfully implement your strategic plan and achieve your vision.
Many technically well designed strategic plans fail to influence the way an
organisation carries out its business. This is not because of incompetence
or lack of resolve, it is because success has not been engineered up front
by linking the plan into the change management loop. A systems approach to
strategic planning completes the organisational circuit and gets results!
This workshop provides a practical, realistic, systems thinking approach to
planning for organisational innovation and sustainability. Only through
proper planning and key strategic initiatives will organisations survive the
revolutionary changes that are taking place.
The workshop will provide the tools necessary to navigate successfully
through the 21st century.
A comprehensive workbook is utilised throughout the course and is included
in the cost of the workshop. The cost of the workshop also includes lunch
and refreshments.

About the Presenter: Allan Bandt
Allan is Director of Bandt Gatter & Associates, a Perth based Human Resource
Consultancy Service. He has held senior management and executive positions
in Human Resource Management. He is a past President of the Australian
Human Resources Institute (WA), and a past National Director of the
Australian Human Resources Institute. He was also the National Chair of the
Institute’s Strategic Planning Committee.
Allan has considerable consulting and training experience in Human Resource
Management, particularly in the WA Public Sector. He has successfully
conducted workshops in the United States, Canada, Singapore and Sri Lanka.
He is the Regional Managing Partner of the Centre for Strategic Management,
San Diego, a centre of excellence in Systems Thinking and Strategic Human
Resource Planning.
Allan is also the co-author of the book Successful Strategic Human Resource
Planning.
