planned, proven strategy.

Course Objective

for negotiating anything with anyone.

Learn how to
* Plan a successful strategy for any negotiation
* Work out your 'exchange rate' within the negotiation context
* Avoid classic negotiation mistakes and the use of irritators
* Respond to individual differences and styles
* Display awareness of and sensitivity to cross-cultural issues
* Shift from positional bargaining by focusing on interests and concerns
* Implement a range of positive influencing techniques and strategies
* Turn locked deals into successful workable agendas
* Propose multiple mini-packages
* Make outstanding offers and irrefutable requests
* Close deals successfully
