Certificate IV In Assessment and Workplace Training at CBS Training

Many of you will be aware that this nationally recognised qualification is crucial to securing employment in private and public sector training.
CBS has had some terrific feedback from our clients due to our great course material, valued trainers and facilitators. And now the course is cheaper.

Purpose
Certificate IV applies to people for whom training is a large part of their job, or a full job function within a structured assessment and training system. These people have considerable responsibility for training program development and delivery, as well as assessment of training participants or employees.

This program is accredited against the latest National Competency Standards for Workplace Trainers and is therefore, a nationally recognised qualification at AQF Level 4.

Training Units of Competency
The course comprises of eight units of competency:

BSZ401A Plan Assessment
BSZ402A Conduct Assessment
BSZ403A Review Assessment
BSZ404A Train Small Groups
BSZ405A Plan and Promote a Training Program
BSZ406A Plan a Series of Training Sessions
BSZ407A Deliver Training Sessions
BSZ408A Review Training

In order to achieve the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, you must successfully complete all competencies.

Award/Credential
On the successful completion of all competencies, participants will be awarded BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Duration
The course is divided into two programs:

Workplace Assessor Training covering the competencies
BSZ401A - BSZ403A

Workplace Trainer covering the competency BSZ404A - BSZ408A

The total course duration is eight days.

Venue
The Centre for Business Solutions at 140 Royal Street, East Perth

Program Dates
Workplace Trainer will be held on 23 - 25 February 2004, continuing on the 11 - 12 March 2004.

Workplace Assessor Training will be held on 5 - 7 May2004.

Times
9am until 4.30pm

Investment
The total price for the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training is $1790.

Or

$1095 for the Workplace Trainer program
$695 for the Workplace Assessor Program

The price includes course material, assessments, lunch and refreshments
