JOB TYPE: Temporary Full-Time
DURATION: 4 months
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Review classification submissions (reclassification, criteria progression, establishment and TSA) and makes recommendations on submissions to the Classification Review Committee (CRC).
Implements the recommendations and approvals of the CRC and provides advice to staff on all classification management matters.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
The successful applicant will have:
experience and understanding in classification management;
experience using BIPERS;
knowledge and understanding of establishment control;
demonstrated experience in reviewing and making recommendations on classification submissions.

COMMENTS:
This position is offered at either Level 4 or 5 dependent upon skills and experience.
This is a secondment opportunity for 4 months commencing as soon as possible.
