LOCATION: Midland
JOB DESCRIPTION: This position focuses on undertaking analytical duties
that contribute to the delivery of Finance and Management Information
Systems (FMIS) and/or support of existing applications. Assisting in issue
resolution and remediation of FMIS and related corporate applications and
also by close customer liaison with user representatives, system owners and
service providers. Assisting in the preparation of reports, advice,
consultancy and liaison in areas of corporate priorities and strategies.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
The position requires the ability to demonstrate a sound level of
competency in the following areas:
Customer and Team Focus
Well developed interpersonal and negotiation skills demonstrated by the
ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, customers and
other service providers and work cooperatively in a team environment.
Discipline
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills to analyse,
document and implement complex business processes and information systems.
The ability to design, analyse and deliver complex financial reports using
business intelligence report generators (eg Business Objects) is
advantageous to this criterion.
Communication
Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication skills and the
ability to accurately convey complex information to customers, pitching the
information at an appropriate level to maximise understanding and
comprehension.
