DURATION: 6 Months
Expressions of interest are invited from officers interested in acting in
the above position from June-December.
The key responsibilities of the position are to perform an HR Systems
Officer role while the substantive occupant is on other duties.
The key responsibilities of the position (75% of time) are to produce HR
reports for a variety of internal and external reporting requirements, and
to provide a consultancy and advisory service to Commission staff and
stakeholders. The person will work in HR and liaise with IT, Finance and
business units. Ideally the applicant will also coordinate Classification
Assessment and Review processes (25% of time).
Essential
Applicants must demonstrate a sound level of competence in:
Sound written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to use Concept Human Resource Management Information System using a
variety of reporting tools including Discoverer, Cognos Powerplay and KP
Investigator;
Ability in producing Government agency internal and external reports, and
meet deadlines in production of data and reports.
Sound knowledge of FTE management and reporting.
Desirable
Able to undertake classification assessments as required (brief consultants
on occasions also) and provide executive support to the Classification
Review Committee.
