JOB DESCRIPTION:
An opportunity exists to contribute to a variety of service delivery projects/initiatives being implemented through the Customers Services Branch. The successful applicants will support the Manager Land Information Products & Services, and the CMA & LEC & OLS teams by providing the continuity of effort required to progress change in a customer focused environment.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
The position focuses on demonstrating competency in the following:
The Discipline
The ability to operate in a technical role in a land information environment where the focus is on a geospatial datasets. This will include a variety of products, such as aerial photography, satellite imagery, topographic, thematic, geodetic, tenure and spatial cadastral products.
Leadership/Teamwork
Ability to participate in a customer focussed team, demonstrating the capacity to lead smaller groups when required.
Problem Solving
Achieve business objectives, while seeking continuous improvement, in the delivery of products and services to customers.
Customer Focus
Prioritise tasks, optimising the use of available resources and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services in line with customer needs.
Communication
Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills, and the application of those skills in a frontline customer service role.
