Acting / Contract / Secondment opportunity for 3 months
Overview of Role:
The Western Australian Tourism Commission (WATC) has an opportunity for
an enthusiastic person to join our Corporate & Business Services
Division.
The Records Officer is based within the Information Management Support
area of the WATC and is part of a small team. Key duties of this
position include undertaking records management functions on a daily
basis and providing assistance in the overall information management of
WATC. The WATC uses the Trim Document Management System, and applicants
should be experienced with the system in order to provide TRIM support
to staff and basic user training.
Applicants will have:
* Experience in a records management environment.
* Knowledge of records management principles
* Sound written and verbal communication skills.
* Sound problem solving and analytical skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
