Expressions of Interest are sought to undertake the above opportunity for a
period of up to 12 months whilst the occupant is on maternity leave.
This role focuses on:
* Acting as the principal adviser to the Director on strategic and
policy development that is undertaken by the Division.
* Monitoring national/international development in the areas of
safety, health and environment.
* Being accountable to the Director for the development of and
implementation of policies, strategies and other related services relating
to divisional activities.
* Ensuring that the Strategic Development Branch complies with
government policy and objectives and is managed within budget and resource
allocations.
* As a member of the senior management team, contributes to the
business and strategic management of the Division.
