JOB DESCRIPTION:
Addresses groups of summonsed persons and inducts jurors to clarify their role in accordance with established procedures and legislative requirements. Organises the provision of jury services to satisfy criminal sittings in accordance with court requirements and the Juries Act.
Ensures high level of customer service to client groups.
WORK RELATED REQUIREMENTS (SELECTION CRITERIA):
* Communication skills including a demonstrated ability to speak to large groups of people.
* Proven delivery of customer service outcomes
* Demonstrated experience in and understanding of court process and court protocol.
* Ability to supervise staff and manage human resources effectively, including team building and maintaining relations.
