DURATION: 12 months
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Contributes to the Policy Development and Business Improvement Projects within the Community Funding Directorate to deliver required outcomes.
 Contributes to Policy Development in relation to Community Funding Directorate programs and other matters.
 Undertakes research and coordination for these projects.
 Manages project documentation and reporting.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
 Professional experience in, or working with, the not for profit sector.
 Demonstrated relevant experience in policy and project management including well developed critical analysis and research skills.
 Proven capacity to effectively communicate and work with a variety of people across professional areas.
 Well developed written and verbal communication, including consultation, networking and liaising skills.
 Ability to work independently whilst part of a professional team.
 Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the non-government sector.
 Sound understanding of relevant government policies, processes and programs.
 Well developed computer and internet skills.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
 Tertiary qualifications in behavioural or social sciences.
 Knowledge of Lotteries Commission Community Funding functions.
 Current ‘A’ Class Licence
