Salary: $53,862 to $58,696 per annum
Duties: Provides high level Human Resource development consultancy and facilitation services, to support the effective retention, use and competency development of employees in the North Metropolitan Health Services. Develops, facilitates and evaluates specific education and development strategies and interventions, consistent with organisational goals.
Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or extensive experience in a business/customer-service setting. Substantial experience in the delivery of direct human resource development consultancy and support services within complex multidisciplinary service organisation. Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training or demonstrated understanding and application of contemporary education, training and development theory and practice. Other criteria as per job specification form. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to meet all essential criteria.
