JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assists with administration of the directorate by providing a secretarial, co-ordinating and administrative support service.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
-High quality word processing skills.
-Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
-Demonstrated customer service skills.
-Sound organisational skills.
-Demonstrated initiative in improving work practices and procedures.
-Self motivation and ability to work without supervision.
-Experience with computerised office software packages, including data bases and spreadsheets.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
-Secretarial experience.
-Administrative and budget control experience.
-Current drivers license.
