re: 3.5.1(A1ii) page 66
could anyone please offer their interpretation of this item.
"visitor spaces at the rate of one space for each four dwellings,or part thereof,
in excess of four dwellings served by a common access."
does a four unit grouped development using 1 accessway require an addition visitor bay ?
and
if I had a five unit grouped development using 1 accessway - would this require an additional
bay or two bays ?
any advise would be appreciated.
thanks
