Position: Manager Information Systems Security Policy and Strategy
Strategic & Corporate Development
Classification: Level 7 Position No: S203398.
Hours : Permanent, Full-Time, 75 hours per fortnight.
Salary: Salary range $70,356 - $75,408 per annum
Location: Perth
Job Description: The position is responsible for the independent development
and implementation of Information Systems security policy and strategy
within WAPS. This incorporates the provision of confidential and
independent advice to management that Information Systems security policies,
systems and procedures are operating in accordance with established
protocols.
The incumbent operates within a general strategic framework and has
considerable autonomy to initiate and develop Information Systems
security-related policy and strategy for consideration of approval by the
Police Strategic Executive. The incumbent is responsible for the selection
and conduct of Information Systems security-related audits.
