CLINICAL PHARMACIST
LEVEL 6/7
Pharmacy Department
Applications are invited from suitably skilled and experienced persons who are interested in being appointed to a Clinical Pharmacist position in the Pharmacy Department. The health service has a modern, fully computerised pharmacy. The successful applicant will work with a team of motivated and enthusiastic clinical pharmacists in the provision of optimum pharmaceutical care for patients with mental illness.
Salary: $53,862 - $58,696 per annum or $60,213 - $64,128. Salary Packaging offered.
DUTIES: Contributes to direct patient care on wards and departments by functioning as the pharmacist member of the health care team..
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Applicants must be registered with or be eligible for registration with the Pharmaceutical Board of WA and possess relevant experience in Clinical Pharmacy. Applicants must also have sound drug knowledge, good communication skills and a commitment to optimum patient care and professional practice. Other Criteria as per job specification form. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to meet all essential criteria.
