VACANCY
ART INSTRUCTOR/ART THERAPIST
CREATIVE EXPRESSION UNIT
LEVEL 3 (HSOA)
Applications are invited from suitably skilled and experienced persons who are interested in the above opportunity.
SALARY: $37,324 - $40,898 per annum in accordance with Hospital Salaried Officers Metropolitan Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2001.
DUTIES: Instructs clients and TAFE students in all aspects of designated speciality area of art /art therapy. Offers technical support across all studio areas as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Diploma of Fine Arts and/or Masters in Art Therapy, with proven professional experience and recognition in the field of art and/or Art Therapy. Well developed and demonstrable technical skills in a speciality field of art and craft, eg ceramics, print making, sculpture and textiles. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member. Other Criteria as per job specification form. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to meet all essential criteria.
LOCATION: Mt Claremont.
HOURS: 76 hours per fortnight.
