DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Financial Compliance Officer supports the annual audit and fidelity fund programmes managed by the Trust and Fidelity Team of the Real Estate Branch.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Essential:
Knowledge and Skills:
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team with others at all levels, and the ability to liaise with external parties.
*
* Demonstrated ability in data entry, and in the retrieval, manipulation and storage of data.
*
* Demonstrated written communication skills including experience in drafting correspondence and reports.
*
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and effectively manage a number of competing work priorities to meet deadlines.
*
* Analytical skills, including the ability to identify key issues and obtain and organise relevant information.

* Desirable:

* Knowledge of the Department's role, initiatives and policies and the relationship with the Real Estate and Business Agents Supervisory Board and Settlement Agents Supervisory Board.
