Are you a modern manager, do you have a sound knowledge of contemporary human resource system practices and a belief that systematically evaluating the service you provide will result in continuous improvement that meets your customers needs?
If you answered yes to all of the above then this opportunity is for you.
The individual we are chasing will manage the delivery of human resource related systems to customers at all levels within the Organisation. They will be accountable for the efficient and effective disposition and utilisation of the human and technical resources of the Service.

* Extensive knowledge of HR and Financial computer applications.
* Extensive knowledge of IT and systems design principles
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrable successful experience in the management of highly qualified staff from diverse disciplines.
* Knowledge and experience in implementing project management concepts and techniques.
