DURATION: 5.9 months
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary role of the Business Support Officer is to provide first level business support to users of the Frontline IMS application. This will involve answering calls for assistance from users of the IMS application, logging information about user queries and providing advice to users regarding the system. If the position is unable to resolve problems referred, the position will refer them to the WAPS help desk.
A secondary role of the position is to undertake a quality assurance role of Frontline IMS data. The position will review additions/amendments for Frontline IMS entities, incidents and property, liaise with officers to obtain clarification and/or further information relating to the data and identify and correct anomalies.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
1. Interpersonal and customer service skills
2. Analytical and problem solving ability
3. Organisational ability
4. Personal computer skills
