Expressions of interest are invited for the above position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Trust and Fidelity Co-ordinator manages the Fidelity Guarantee Fund Claims process, the annual audit program for real estate and settlement agents, and the trust account interest reconciliation program, and supports management and staff to ensure that relevant objectives of the Service Delivery Agreement between the Department, the Real Estate and Business Agents Supervisory Board and the Settlement Agents Supervisory Board are met. The position develops systems and procedures to achieve efficient and effective service delivery in relation to the relevant programmes, and reports to the Boards on the outputs of each of those programmes.

* Ability to investigate matters relating to compliance with statutes or other schemes of regulation in an accounting and/or audit environment.

* Desirable:

* Knowledge of the Department's role, initiatives and policies and the relationship with the Real Estate and Business Agents Supervisory Board and Settlement Agents Supervisory Board.

* Possession of, or progress toward, an appropriate tertiary qualification.
